Snowman cupcakes recipe ingredients
  • Pre-made cupcakes – I used 6 vanilla flavoured cupcakes of an 18 pack from Tesco, which cost £7.
  • Fondant icing: black, and orange (I used yellow and red) to make coal eyes, buttons, and a carrot nose.
  • Matchmakers for arms: so perfect for little sticks!
  • Optional: cake glitter spray, using a squirt of glitter is so much fun and adds a lovely winteru sparkly effect

Equipment

All you need is some cake modelling tools. If you haven’t seen these before they are really handy when you’re doing anything with fondant icing. They’ll take your cake decorating to another level! I got mine from Morrisons but you can get them cheaply from Amazon.
